Q: What is Co-Location?
Co-Location is an arrangement between by which the customer will supply their own servers
and hardware can rent space, power, and bandwidth inside our state-of-the-art Internet Data
Center (IDC).

Q: What if my server needs rebooting and I cannot get to the IDC?
Should your servers need a reboot and you are unable to get to the IDC, simply call our support desk at +1-949-675-8508
and after we verify you as an authorized contact we will reboot your machine(s). After the reboot is complete you will receive a call back to confirm
the rebooting process and the trouble ticket will be closed.

Q: Who do I contact to add IP Addresses and other such services?
Your account manager should be able to easily to go over with you pricing on additional IP Addresses as well as tape rotation and other services.

Q: Do you provide monitoring services for Co-Location customers?
We provide ICMP monitoring (PING) as well as other common services monitoring. Simply notify us what services your would like us to monitor once your
installation is complete and we will configure our monitoring software to monitor that service for you.

Q: How long does it take to provision a cabinet and or a cage?
Normal provisioning of a cabinet is 5 business days subsequent to your successful credit chec while cage provisioning can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks.

Q: What are the IDC operating hours?
All of or Internet Data Centers (IDC) are staffed with our certified technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Q: Should I bring my own tools and supplies to the IDC?
Yes. Please bring any tools you may need with you to the Internet Data Center (IDC) for your installation or maintenance work. We try to keep a full set of
tools that you may need but they may be checked out by other customers or staff at the time and can delay your installation or maintenance.

Q: How do I arrange IDC access for a new employee or consultant?
Adding a new employee or consultant to your access list can be accomplished by calling our support desk and requesting they be added. We ask that you call 24
hours in advance to ensure that the security database be updated. Please note that all employees or consultants must provide a valid government issued picture
ID (drivers license, identification card, passport, etc.) before they will receive access.
